Delivery Information
Our UK, EU & International deliveries are sent using the Royal Mail delivery service .

All orders placed before 2.00pm GMT will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed after 2.00pm GMT on a Friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.

Any orders placed during Bank Holidays, or after 2.00pm GMT on the day prior, your order will be shipped out on the following business day.

UK Shipping

Orders over £50- Next working day delivery,tracked and sign - Free Shipping

Royal Mail Next working day delivery,tracked and sign - £3.50

EU Shipping

Royal Mail international tracked and sign ( 2-4 working days) - £10

International Shipping

Royal Mail international tracked and sign ( 2-6 working days)- £20

Please note that we're not able to post abroad any products that contain liquids like reed diffusers, fragrance mists and oils, hand and body washes and lotions.

We can ship incense sticks, candles, bar soaps, incense resin and ceramic products abroad.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase please let us know by emailing info@oneironaut.co.uk. We request that the items should be returned to us, unused and within the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will offer you an exchange, credit or a full refund. We require proof of purchase for returns and exchanges.
